Steve Rigsby
Since 1984
Steve and his wife (Marilyn) were involved in starting Paul Davis Restoration and Remodeling of the Tristate Area in the basement of their home in 1984. Through the years he has provided the leadership that has taken our company to where it is today. His primary emphasis is on our office located in Latonia, KY, which has been meeting the needs of the Greater Cincinnati area for over 25 years. |

Jeff Jenk
Since 2003
Jeff's first involvement with Paul Davis Restoration was as our company's certified public accountant. In 2003 he and his wife (Donna) made the decision to join the company as owners. Jeff spends most of his time running our office located in Northern Cincinnati, where he has seen tremendous growth. He recently purchased a new facility in Fairfield, OH to better enable us to serve northern Cincinnati. |

Doug Wallin - General Manager
Since 1993
Through the years Doug has been exposed to almost every aspect of the company. He began as a project manager in 1993 and has worked as the customer service administrator, scheduler, production manager and established the flooring division of our company. His wide range of experience helps tremendously as he provides leadership in his role as General Manager. |

Bill Leen - Mitigation Division Manager

Bill's certifications & experience have resulted in him being recognized as an expert in the mitigation field. His experience with both residential and large commercial losses has demonstrated his ability to handle any size catastrophe. Bill's commitment to meet the immediate needs of those who have found themselves in difficult circumstances has been the driving force behind our emergency services team. |

Terry's background in both the insurance industry and in sales enable him to relate to the needs that representatives in the insurance industry face everyday. He is definitely a "people person" and is passionate about PDR's ability to meet the needs of our clients. |
